This is a POE extender designed to extend Ethernet data transmitting/receiving while providing power to your Power Device (PD, such as IP Camera or Wireless Range Extender) via PoE (Power over Ethernet) standard without external power adaptors. This POE extrender can detect if the device connected to it complies with PoE and PoE+ standards automatically, or you can turn the PoE function ON/OFF manually via a switch located on the POE extender's outer casing.
